Administrator - Christine Mason
Christine is the third generation of family who have operated Topham's Care Center. She frequently says she got her degree from the "University of Lorraine". Lorraine Topham, was the founder of our care center and Christine's grandmother. Christine learned a lot and deeply loves and cares for our residents and staff.

Assistant Administrator - NaDean Boothe
Like Christine, NaDean has practically grown up at Topham's. She has worked here several years in the business office and has known many of our residents for practically their whole life. In her current role, NaDean is working alongside Christine to ensure the quality of life for those who live and work at Topham's.

Director of Nursing - Betty Larsen
Betty has been here for more than 28 years. She has known many of the residents since infancy and is very devoted to their care and quality of life. Our residents and their families rely heavily on Betty for support and information and have comfort knowing she is directing care here.

Program Director - Lizbeth Rodriguez
We are fortunate to have Liz as part of our team. She comes to us following more than ten years working with special needs students in the Los Angeles area and the completion of a Master's Degree in Human Development. She is a strong advocate for our residents and makes sure their needs are met.

QIDP - Heather Taylor
Heather has been at Topham's a little over a year. She is often found working with our residents in setting up programming services or meeting their day to day needs She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services and is currently preparing to earn a Master's Degree in Social Work.

Staff Developer - Ed Barney
When Ed joined us back in 2016, it was to work "hands-on" with people he cares deeply about - those with special needs. His talents are many. He is a published author, a professor and has several degrees, including a Doctorate of Education. We decided to put his skills to use as a recruiter and staff developer, where he still has "hands on" opportunities, but can share his wealth of knowledge to those who provide care to the residents of Topham's.

Recreation Director - Asia Bellon
Asia joined our team the day after Christmas in 2017 and has been a real gift to our community ever since. Her enthusiasm and caring for the residents are obvious. Asia is a CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) and is responsible to ensure those who live in our community receive opportunities to socialize, engage in fun activities, be entertained and have their lives enriched.

Business Office/HR Manager - Dixie Davis
Dixie comes to us with 12 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Office Management. She has worked at Topham's over several years at various stages in her career, including as a direct caregiver/habilitation technician. Most recently Dixie has served more than three years as our Business Office/HR Manager. When she is not crunching numbers, Dixie loves to sew, crochet and see movies. And, most importantly, be Grandma to eight grandchildren.

Maintenance Director - Kelly Peterson
Kelly has been a mainstay of Topham's since 2000. In the 17 years he has been here, many areas have benefited from his energy including dining, housekeeping, purchasing and maintenance. Kelly is truly a "jack of all trades" and is responsible for directing these areas and managing purchasing. He says he is "still working after all these years and still smiling".

Dietary Director - Lisa Strasburg
Lisa has been our Dietary Director for 14 1/2 years. A native of Utah, she was born in Provo and currently calls Orem her home. Lisa loves the residents and is passionate about making sure their nutritional needs are properly met.
